BOOKING EARLY

The earlier you book your trip, the more likely the dates you want will be available. To book, click on the Book Your Stay button located on our website home page and footer, email us at bookings@alpenglowcharters.com, or call us at 907-362-7721. Feel free to give us a call with any questions you might have. 

 

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Once you've submitted your reservation request online, we will review it and contact you as soon as possible. If you haven't heard from us, please email us at bookings@alpenglowcharters.com or call us at 907-362-7721. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot. Once your reservation is confirmed and on the calendar, you will receive an email from us with record of deposit and information about how to prepare for your trip. 

 

Cancellation policy

A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Cancellations more than 30 days from your booking date are refundable, minus a $50 booking charge. No refunds are available for cancellations within 30 days of a booking date. A 7% Seward City Sales Tax, Harbor Head Tax, and Marine State Park Head Tax are due in addition to the trip cost and will be calculated upon booking. 

 

While Thumb Cove is a protected anchorage, we do reserve the right to cancel trips due to weather conditions such as poor wind or sea state.  Similarly,  we reserve the right to cancel your trip for mechanical concerns. If we cancel your trip due to mechanical or weather factors, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we run trips rain or shine!
